Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) consists of cost efficient and faster alternatives to the litigation process. Hurricane Resolution
In the area of resolving Hurricane-Related claims, this is where we have an abundant amount of experience. We have resolved numerous, commercial, individual and industrial claims that have impacted the state of Louisiana in the past few years. Our attorneys have been in practice and on the scene since Hurricane Katrina devastated the area in 2005. Since then, attorneys in the mediation practice have been working to resolve disputes and have ramped up since hurricanes hit the Louisiana Coast in the past three years. We have worked hard to quickly resolve matters amicably between parties with damage.
