Mediation is all about finding common ground among parties that can't seem to find solutions without the intervention of a professional arbitrator or mediator. We help our clients find that common ground and come to agreements without having to go through a prolonged legal process. We are very adept at certain areas of mediation and arbitration and know how to help people come together and see the benefit to settling disputes while saving thousands in legal fees.
Our Story
In the wake of numerous hurricanes and tropical storms that have impacted Louisiana communities, we developed Mediation Support Services to address the need to support many clients in the state that required resolution to disputes by professionals that could bring parties together that otherwise would have needed the court system to resolve their differences. We know that people and companies that are in the process of rebuilding their homes, businesses, and lives needed swift, professional solutions to their disputes. After serving many of these types of clients, we decided to bring together a group of professionals from various backgrounds and disciplines that had the same vision and could produce resolution to disputes by bringing people together.
